SJ's Third Homicide Victim ID'd

    San Jose police identified a San Jose man who died Thursday night after being beaten and stabbed as 44-year-old Donald Harvey - the city's third homicide victim of 2013.

    Harvey was found outsie on the 100 block of Southside Drive last week, though police don't know where had had been originally attacked.

    Harvey was pronounced dead at 9:30 p.m. No arrests have been made. San Jose police say that four or five suspects attacked the victim.
