Saggy Pants Supporters Demand Apology

Supporters of Deshon Marman, 20, the man arrested at SFO for allegedly refusing to pull up his low-rising trousers, marched on the airport today to demand an apology from US Airways

The saggy pants incident is far from over.

Supporters of San Francisco native Deshon Marman, a 20-year old student and football player at the University of New Mexico ejected from a US Airways flight about to depart San Francisco International Airport in June and arrested for allegedly refusing entreaties to pull up a pair of low-rising trousers, marched on the airport this morning to deliver 40,000 signatures insisting that the airline apologize, according to reports.

Marman was removed from the flight and put into citizen's arrest by the airline crew after attending the funeral of his friend and former teammate David Henderson. All charges against him were subsequently dropped.

Outrage has arisen after it was revealed that US Airways crews allowed a man to board a plane and fly without incident while wearing purple lingerie. That man was white.

Supporters of Marman delivered a petition to airline officials this morning. Airline officials have not commented on the petition.
