Three San Carlos schools were closed Tuesday because of a water main break overnight.
Tierra Linda Middle School Principal John Nazar told NBC Bay Area that his school is closed, along with Charter Learning Center and Edison Montessori School - both on the same campus.
Nazar and San Carlos Elementary School District Supt. Craig Baker made the decision because there is no water service on site at Dartmouth Avenue.
He added he expects it to be closed for only one day. No other schools were affected.
