A 44-year-old man who landed at San Francisco International Airport Sunday got a shocking welcome back to U.S. soil this weekend.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers arrested Adnan Raymond Romiah at the airport after he arrived on a flight from Japan, Customs and Border Protection officials said.

"CBP works closely with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to ensure that fugitives are intercepted and processed at the border," Richard Vigna, director of field operations for the agency's San Francisco office, said in a statement.
"This arrest demonstrates the diligent work that CBP officers continue to display at ports of entry to keep the public safe," Vigna said.
