On their home, the Sharks outlasted the Flyers behind a superb showing from backup goalie Aaron Dell Friday night at the SAP Center.
Dell shut out the Flyers as the Sharks came out on top, 2-0. Both Patrick Marleau and Justin Braun found the back of the nets for the Sharks.
San Jose's backup goalie finished with 21 saves on the night.
The Sharks improved to 23-12-1 with the win.
