Although many business categories are anxiously waiting to get their hands on the new iPad, certain sectors with more rugged needs will automatically disqualify the device from consideration.

For those companies the new Panasonic Toughbook H1 will likely be the tablet computer of choice.

The latest iteration of Panasonic's popular Toughbook series offers up to six hours of battery life, a GPS receiver, 2 gigabytes of RAM, a camera, and an RFID reader. The only problem with the Toughbook H1 is its decidedly luxurious price: $3,379. You can find out more about the Toughbook H1 here.
