A Lancaster County man was charged with propositioning his own 13-year-old daughter on the Internet, say state authorities.

Attorney General Tom Corbett says the 39-year-old Lititz man went on to the Facebook social networking site using the name ``Bad Daddy'' to locate his estranged daughter, after having no contact with her for about 10 years.

The man told his biological daughter that they should meet for sex and explained the sex acts in great detail, say authorities.

"Not many other fathers and daughters are this brave, so not many of them are so lucky to experience all these pleasures," he told the girl, according to the criminal complaint.

Corbett says the girl told her mother, who contacted police. The man was arrested Wednesday at the arranged meeting place. Officials say a camera, tripod and unopened box of condoms were found in his vehicle.

The man--whose name is not being used to avoid identifying his daughter--is charged with felony unlawful contact with a minor, criminal attempted incest and other counts. He is being held on $400,000 bail in the Lancaster County Jail.

The predator father was one of five Internet predators arrested recently. This includes 27-year-old Philadelphia EMT Michael E. Quartucci of the 2500 block of West Girard Avenue.

Quartucci allegedly sent nude photos and pornography to what he believed were 13-year-old girls. Quartucci was charged with 16 counts of unlawful contact with a minor and one count of criminal use of a computer.
