    Danny Bowien of the just-launched Mission Chinese Food at Lung Shan intends to keep switching things up with regards to this whole Americanized Oriental thing.

    Next week he plans to make salt and pepper crab, figuratively lit on fire by his Sichuan-laced ma po tofu sauce.
