Development Watch: The Artani

Viva the Artani, the new kid on Van Ness Avenue. Straight to the deets: 52 units priced from $579,000 to $1.399 million. Hardwood floors throughout (Beech on the plebe floors; Black Oak in the penthouses); Bosch, Viking, and other appliances of European origin. Roof deck. Views. Proximity to the Opera House, the San Francisco Ballet and other bougie amenities. (Not mentioned: the Audium which is, by far, one of the city's true gems. Trust us.) Let's talk brass tacks:
· 1 bedrooms range from $579,000 - $899; 650 - 885 square feet.
· 1 bedrooms with dens go for $679,000 - $1.149 million; 800 - 925 square feet.
· 2 bedroom units are $769 - $1.399 million; 936 - 1308 square feet.
· Penthouses haven't been priced as of, like, 10 minutes ago. They do, however, occupy the top two floors of the building.
Interested? Off to the sales office you go, lambs.
