It May Be Too Late for Zagat

Over the weekend the New York Times issued a state of the union on the Zagat Survey empire, which, according to the article, was valued at more then $125 million as recently as 2008. But, traffic has dwindled, a pay wall has kept it out of the good graces of Google and the search engines, and sites like Yelp have dwarfed its web traffic. Zagat will relaunch their website sometime in 2011, but it may be too late. More at the New York Times.
