San Jose police are investigating a drive-by shooting Sunday afternoon where a person in a car shot a man on a bike, police said.
The shooting happened on the 1500 block of South Capitol Avenue just before 3 p.m.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Witnesses describe the suspect's car as a late 1990s maroon-colored Honda with front-end damage.
The suspect is still on the loose.
