After playing the Super Bowl Half Time Show, The Boss will head out on the road.
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will play a world tour that starts right here in the Bay Area, San Jose to be exact. But the Rock and Roll Hall of famer will skip San Diego and some other major US cities on his tour. Oh well we get him here in the Bay Area.
The band announed 48 dates across the globe in support of their latest album, "Working on a Dream," which went on sale this week.
The band will kick off the tour on April 1 in San Jose at the HP Pavillion and play a series of North American shows, including Los Angeles, before heading to Europe on May 30. But before the boys launch their tour they will play the Super Bowl this Sunday.
There are also rumblings that the band might take a break from the tour to play the famed Bonnaroo festival in Tennessee. The band takes a break from its tour after its June 10 show until July 2. The festival runs June 11 through June 14. The lineup for the festival will not be released until next month. Tickets for the San Jose show will go on sale next week.
