Firefighters rescued two window washers trapped on a broken scaffold on the JP Morgan Chase Tower in downtown Houston on Monday morning.
Authorities said a motor on the washing rig malfunctioned at the 71st floor and the men radioed that they were stuck.
Aerial footage showed firefighters pull the window washers to safety through a window at about 11:10 a.m.
