President Obama visited Vilonia, Arkansas, on Wednesday to tour a neighborhood that was hit by a tornado last month, NBC News reported. He promised the town, and other communities struck by last month's storms, that the federal government will be on hand to help with local recovery efforts. Fifteen people across Arkansas were killed after severe weather passed through the state on April 27.
