Conor Dwyer makes his second Olympic appearance at the 2016 Rio Games. Dwyer says not getting recruited out of high school (when he was only 5-foot-11) one of his career’s biggest challenges, but family friend, Janet Evans, was able to help him get on a college team. After a growth spurt to 6-5, Dwyer won a gold medal as part of the men’s 4x200m freestyle relay at the 2012 Olympics in London.
