Draymond Green Hilariously Outlines Steph Curry's ‘Butt Shield Pad'

Draymond hilariously outlines Steph's 'butt shield pad' originally appeared on NBC Sports Bayarea

Draymond Green is back on the TNT set as a guest analyst for the NBA playoffs, and surprise, surprise, he's still tremendously entertaining.

He provided one humorous moment Monday ahead of Game 4 between the Philadelphia 76ers and Washington Wizards, when he offered up his prediction of which team ultimately would come out of the East. And then at halftime, he provided another one.

76ers center Joel Embiid sustained an injury after landing on his tailbone in the first half and was ruled out for the remainder of the contest. Green's teammate, Steph Curry, sustained a similar injury during the regular season when fell awkwardly onto a stair in Houston, so Green proceeded to describe the protection Curry wore after returning from a five-game absence.

And it was hilarious.

"He had a hairline fracture, so he missed a bunch of time, and then they created this, like, butt shield pad," Green said while outlining the shape. "Oh, it's crazy."

Curry missed only two more games the rest of the season after the "butt shield pad" was installed, so clearly, it was effective. The Sixers might want to consider something similar.
