Bret Michaels has already had a brain hemorrhage and a stroke this year, so what's a heart operation?

The Poison frontman, who endeared himself to even more fans when he won Donald Trump's "Celebrity Apprentice" earlier this year, will have a defect in his heart repaired in January, his publicist tells E! News.

"It's for the hole in his heart," his rep said. "I don't know any specifics."

Michaels, 47, has lived with the heart condition all his life, but doctors only discovered the "patent foramen ovale" when he was being treated for a stroke.

Michaels confirmed the heart issue on his website back in May and indicated he was taking a regimen of blood thinners to treat it.
