Toad Hall has some people upset in the Castro.

We're not entirely positive, but based on this posted letter, we're going to go out on a limb and meekly suggest that Castro denizens are not very pleased with the current ownership situation at (the still-shuttered) Toad Hall.
The phrase "Open your doors or we demand that [you] leave our neighborhood and return your property to many hands instead of your greedy few" is rather telling.
