JCYC 9th Annual San Francisco Aloha Run

JCYC will be hosting its 9th Annual SF Aloha Run at Crissy Field in San Francisco on September 22, 2019! The SF Aloha Run is JCYC’s largest fundraiser of the year, and your support as a participant and/or fundraiser will help JCYC continue providing high quality services to the 7,800 children and youth JCYC serves annually in San Francisco and San Mateo County.

With a spectacular view of the Golden Gate Bridge, runners and walkers of all abilities will enjoy Hawaiian music, entertainment, tasty Aloha treats, and children’s activities. The course will begin at the north side of Crissy Field and proceed around the Golden Gate Promenade. This year, JCYC expects to attract around 1,200 runners and walkers to this popular family and dog friendly San Francisco event.
All runners and walkers will receive a SF Aloha Run dry weave runner’s shirt and wonderful goodies from their sponsors. Beverages and Hawaiian-style snacks will be provided at the Post-Aloha Run Celebration at Crissy Field. Bring the entire family including your canine buddy for this fun and healthy event, which will include special kids activities for younger athletes and doggie treats for your four-legged companion. The SF Aloha 10K and 5K Run/Walk will begin promptly at 8:00am. The Keiki Run and Tot Trot will begin at 9:45am. Keiki Run will start immediately after the Tot Trot.

Funds raised will directly support JCYC’s children and youth services (www.jcyc.org), the JCYC Scholarship Program (www.sfaloharun.org/about-sf-aloha-run-scholarship-fund/) and services for migrant children and families. JCYC is looking for additional sponsors to provide critical resources for our children and youth development services and to continue increasing the number of scholarships we provide to program participants.
