M3.2 Earthquake Shakes Near Gilroy: USGS

A 3.2 magnitude earthquake struck early Friday morning near Gilroy, according to the United States Geological Survey.

The quake hit at 2:13 a.m. and was centered about 8 miles south east of Gilroy and 6 miles northwest of Hollister, the USGS said.
