Thousands of Fremont residents found themselves without electricity Sunday.
A power outage affected an estimated 11,682 PG&E customers, officials said. Power was expected to be restored around 2:45 p.m., but officials said the issue was fixed by 2 p.m.
Several intersections were left without working traffic signals and police urged drivers to treat them as stop signs.
