No Go for Joe: Social Media Reacts to Biden's Decision Not to Run for President

    Vice President Joe Biden announced on Wednesday that he will not seek the Democratic nomination for President of the United States. Biden said that the window of opportunity to mount a realistic campaign had closed, putting an end to months of speculation that Biden might make a third run for the presidency.

    Biden implored his party's eventual nominee to run on Obama's record and vowed to remain a visible figure during the election process. "While I will not be a candidate, I will not be silent," Biden said.
