San Diego County sheriff’s deputies responding to a home invasion in Lemon Grove found an indoor marijuana grow, officials said.

Deputies were called to 8047 Blossom Lane around 1:40 a.m. Wednesday after the resident reported four men wearing dark clothing and ski masks broke through his front door and forced him and several other people to the ground, robbing them at gunpoint.

Two people ran from the residence and were found by deputies using a helicopter and K-9 search teams.

No suspects were found. However, officials said they uncovered dried marijuana in the search of the home.

One of the residents was taken to UCSD with a head wound that deputies described as non-life threatening.

Anyone with information about this case can call the Sheriff's Department non-emergency line at (858) 565-5200.
