Three injured in an Antioch crash near Turner Elementary School.

Antioch police have taken a 22-year-old Oakland man into custody and are searching for a second man after a crossing guard, the guard's 11-year-old child and a parent were struck on the way to school Tuesday morning.

Police told NBC Bay Area that the child, who does not attend Turner Elementary School, was taken to a hospital but is up and walking, but the crossing guard and the parent were taken with severe injuries to John Muir Hospital in Walnut Creek.

Police said an Audi speeding in a residential neighborhood near Turner Elementary struck a car, a pole and jumped the curb at School Street and Delta Fair Boulevard about 8 a.m. The Audi struck the three victims who were all standing on the curb, police said. Late Tuesday morning, the Audi was flipped on its side, resting in someone's driveway.
