Caltrain Raises Daily Parking Fee to $5

Starting Sunday, it will cost riders more to park at Caltrain stations.

As of Sunday, it will cost riders more to park in Caltrain parking lots.

The daily parking fee has increased from $4 to $5. Monthly permits will now cost $50, an increase from $40.

Officials said daily parking permits will be available from station ticket machines.

Higher rates will be charged at the San Jose Diridon Caltrain station during SAP Center events.
