Center Bore of Caldecott Tunnel Reopens After Power Outage
The center bore was closed for about 3.5 hours before power was restored.

There is no estimated time of opening, according to the CHP.

After a power failure shut down the center bore of the Caldecott Tunnel on eastbound state Highway 24 Saturday night, the power was restored and the tunnel reopened around 8:30 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
The power went out around 5 p.m. and motorists were warned to expect severe delays and to seek alternate routes.
