Pumpkins are as much a part of autumn as candy corn, colorful foliage, and fog machines. But finding them in profusion, all lit up, is a bit of a challenge. Sure, you might come across a handsome specimen or two on a front porch, but locating of hundreds of illuminated pumpkins is trickier. Unless, of course, you visit Auburn, one of Gold Country's most charming burgs. Pumpkin Nights launches on Friday, Oct. 13, bringing with it pumpkin-y walk-through experiences meant to bewitch, haunt, and cheer. There are "eight immersive lands" to explore, and each is, you guessed it, flush with gorgeous gourds.
