Hayward police are investigating a homicide after after a woman was found dead with stab wounds Wednesday afternoon.

Dozens gathered outside Grace Baptist Church in San Jose Tuesday for a candlelight memorial for the victims of the deadly stabbing on Nov. 22.

A San Jose man was arrested Sunday in the stabbing death of a woman at a home in the city’s east foothills, according to the police department.
